"My experience has been great! I switched a year ago as the rates were fair and the customer support was top notch. A year later it’s time to renew my policy. There were some price increases so I called and scheduled a phone appointment for help understanding the reasons why. Carolina called me the day of the appointment and had already done all of the research for me. Carolina had a clear, concise explanation of the policy changes and after explaining everything to me I could understand why the changes took place. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate Carolina’s product knowledge and that she took the time to research everything before our appointment so she could clearly communicate the answers to me.
