"I had an original auto quote with another Agent’s Office that I attempted to call to purchase the policy, but they weren’t available so I was routed to Nicolas’ branch. Although I was a bit irritated that my quote was not visible for Nick to see in his branch and concerned that he’d have to build a new quote which takes time that I really didn’t have.
