"I had an original auto quote with another Agent’s Office that I attempted to call to purchase the policy, but they weren’t available so I was routed to Nicolas’ branch. Although I was a bit irritated that my quote was not visible for Nick to see in his branch and concerned that he’d have to build a new quote which takes time that I really didn’t have. However, Nick handled me with care and not only did he build me a new quote, he was able to save me approximately $100 on the policy that he wrote for me. Being a State Farm employee myself and being on the consumer side of things this time made me realize just what “Being a good neighbor” is really all about. It’s about compassion, professionalism and getting the job done expeditiously as Nick did. I thank you, Nick for being there for me and I’m so proud to be a State Farm employee! "I reached out to this office before moving to TX to switch over my auto insurance and Nick was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was incredibly competent when helping me understand the differences between policy requirements in the state I was moving from vs. Texas, he was patient with any changes I was looking to make, made cancelling my policy with my other provider effortless, and helped me get the best bang for my buck.
